                      關于機架焊接加工你必須知道的加工要求？
                      
	一、機架焊接加工必須要保證對稱度、平衡度、垂直度，按圖紙尺寸要求制作 

                      

                      
	
                      
                       

                      
1.機架焊接加工時，焊接表面不能出現假焊、氣孔、夾渣、裂紋、焊瘤、燒穿、弧坑、咬邊、電焊擦傷、未焊滿等缺陷，焊接要均勻美觀；
                      
2.機架焊接加工完表面不能出現凹凸不平現象；
                      
3.機身表面必須打磨平整，清理焊渣；
                      
4.凡是機架焊接完里面必須清理焊渣，表面必須打磨平整光滑；
                      
5.導帶槽的制作必須開合頁要吻合，表面平整，不能出現高低，一開一合的現象。
                      

                      
二、鈑金件折彎必須按圖紙要求制作，帶圓弧的必須要圓滑，折彎表面必須平整，不能出現凹凸現象，要保證尺寸對稱度、平行度、垂直度。
                      

                      

                      
	三、機架焊接加工后處理 

                      

                      
	
                      
                       

                      
1.機架焊接加工結束，應清理焊道表面的熔渣飛濺物，檢查焊縫外型尺寸及外觀質量，焊縫不平整時應進行修整。
                      
2.焊縫外形應光順、均勻，焊道與焊道、焊道與基本金屬之前過渡平滑。
                      
3.對于一些封閉型結構，多焊縫、長焊縫的構件，焊后應進行錘擊、振動等方法消除殘余應力，若零件有熱處理要求的，應采用熱處理消除應力。
